Looking for good-looking bolts to secure the rear fender.
Anyone can suggest the good-looking bolts to secure the rear fender?
It does not have to be completely flat. I will fabricate removable passenger seat, so it would be nice for the seat to grab-on something. I ride solo 50% of the time, so bolts needs to be nice enough when exposed.

Probably a socket-head bolt like the stock hold-downs would be best. You can get them in chrome, or get covers and paint the covers to match the fender.
Socket button head, Chrome plated grade 8 steel - Bolt Depot

i was going to suggest trying your local Ace hardware. I have found that they have every sized bolt in different finishes. I believe the bolt you are looking for is a M10 @ 6MM in length? I ended up finding my bolts in chrome at an Autozone. They were in a pack for lisence plate holders.

Make them.
Go and get valve stem covers that are spikes.
Then, get yourself a rod that has the same threading as either the frame holes or the valve caps - whichever is larger.
Then, use a die to cut down the larger diameter to that of the smaller of the two choices.
Then, glue the end that goes into the valve covers with JB Weld - let cure - then hand tighten into frame holes using a little LockTite Blue.
