No I have not contacted you yet. But when I ordered the parts I was in Iraq and had them sent APO to me. Now that I am in Thailand What am I to do send you the parts back and you send me replacements????. Sure I could ship the parts back to you at an reasonable amount but when you ship me the parts I have to pay for import and excise tax witch is going to coast me a lot more than what the parts are worth. Will you pay for that bill???? I think not so why contact you when it will be to coast prohibitive for me to deal with. If you do not believe me you can ask MFR what I payed for his pipes (Money well spent. I just want the guys to now that your products are built with profit in mind and quality second.

I'm very sorry for the issues. Mistakes do happen with any company, but it's how they react when they do. We would be more than happy to send you a replacement if you send us photo's of the defects. However, we cannot be responsible for taxes, import costs, etc. that are beyond our control and have nothing to do with our product. This is also why many companies will not sell overseas. We can also refund your money if you return the item.

2 thumbs up! That's what I call customer service. A valued site Sponsor. I can say from personal experience that I have had an issue and Bill has worked with me and is taking care of the problem. Cannot ask for anything more than that. Great example of a Respectful, Professional Businessman. A++.
