My Bishops took about the same time - I think they build might build them as they get orders?? When I called to check progress on my order I was told that they were being assembled... or something along those lines.

I've barely got to ride since installing mine - I put some spacer washers on the outside to pull the bolts out a bit and am pretty happy with how they turned out!

The EBay set is very cool. This might be a great companion to the T-light I have... just to improve visibility a bit. Are they solid and sturdy?

What about mounting them in the front on the frame using them as highway pegs and turn signals ?

Yes…… They are very well made. And they do get used as passanger pegs.
