i have the 240 on a stock rimm.i drop the air to 38/40 and it rides nice.it also has more tread on the ground.i am not telling anyone to do this but i love it.

Mines not wide like a car tire. But more tread up the sides of the sidewall, rounder. I love it.
240-40-18 stock rim.

I am interested in this, Pirelli makes a 240/40/18 in it's night dragon series. You think it would work?

if its 240/40/18 it will fit.after you put the tire on the rim and pump it up you have to let the air back out to get it on the bike.

R u guys positive that the pirelli would fit as the avon cobra ? Because here in. Oz the pirelli is a lot cheaper

The cornering is better.I dont drag my pipes in the corners anymore.It dosent slide either.

Did you guys have a hard time finding someone that would mount that big of a tire on our rim? Also is is it a specific tire or more of a specific overall all with and height since I know they all can very. Thanks Ray
