Dave, Richard, S0, are you saying if a Member goes to Daryl (VTX) and says if I get a bunch of guys together will you give us a group buy on trees, that would not be allowed? Given that Daryl makes and sells the trees. Or is it that Abonet was or was not making a few bucks to put it together?

Sorry I havent been around in a while, but just reading this because I once too had some dealings with Abonet (not going into details) and it seems pretty easy. If you go to Daryl, that is your business whether its group buy or not. If Daryl uses this forum to put the group buy together and gains sells through using the forum and does not pay his dues for using the forum (i.e. active site sponsor) then he would be breaking some rules. COME ON WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THAT!!! It is clear that Abonet used this forum to sell and it appears from what I am reading that he is not an active site sponsor. EASY ENOUGH???
