I'll answer my own question,,,,, yes it does, but it is a bitch to do! The seat cover is not stretched tight in the pics. I will finish it tomorrow and post pics.

So did you have to modify the bottom of the seat. I had to cut two sections of the bottom of the seat and then make some small bend cuts at the rear so my c&c seat would fit. But yours looks way better than mine. Can you take some pics and dirrections of what you did. I may just buy a seat like yours.

Ya, I had to grind through the seat pan in a few spots. A bunch of trimming and shaping. If I was buying a seat, I would contact abonnet about getting a seat pan and build it myself. I actually thought I trashed my seat. It wasn't looking good or that it would even work. I just kept messing with it till I got it decent looking. Hopefully I can put up some pics tonight when it's finished!

I concur. My stock seat is also high and i plan to grind the bottom of the pan to clear the new fender. Maybe a note should be included in the video. Its nice to know we all have the same issue, must be normal.

I circled all the areas that had to be ground down. I f'd up when I made my initial cuts. I didn't take account for the amount of rotation the seat would have, so I gorilla glued 2 small parts of foam I cut off back on and shaped and blended them in before I buttoned it up.
