i just changed all my vehicles to TD Insurance and they actually reduce the monthly rate during the winter months and charges full pop during the summer. i believe they are only charging me $54 from November 16th to February when they renew all their motorcycle policies.

I used to when I lived farther North, now that I live in Florida and never know when it's going to be nice I will probably not drop it down, I used to do the same thing when I deployed to Iraq.

Always check with finance company. They have to give permission to do it

No, never know what morning might be nice to ride, do not want to be uninsured for that, probably wouldn't save me much anyway.

Yeah, but do you wait till it's 45/50 or start out when it's freezing?

I always reduce my coverage to storage coverage in the winter. Any time it is nice enough to ride during that time i just call in and they increase it for me for the day or two, and it only take about 5 minutes. Saves me about $200.00 in the long run.
