Default Tail lites?

I never really noticed till last nite....My orange tailites are only on when I hit the breaks. After I let of the breaks they go off...is this normal?

If I remember correctly your stock rear orange lolipop lights are a one filament #1156 bulb for directional lights only. The fronts are two filament bulb #1157 for both running lights and directionals. Nothing to do with your brake light.

All that sounds good to me Dave!..I think I'll go oput and check if it was actually making them come on when I turned instead of braked.....Be rite back......

I learned the same thing today as well...only I'll take you a step further...the tail lights only come on when you hit the REAR brakes.

I was worried that it was just me. But I'm guessin' not.

Bigmackdaddy, you may want to look into that. The rear brake light should illuminate when front OR rear brake is activated.

Your brake lever switch must be out.
