Prayers for Strength and Peace
Haven't had the chance to post much lately, but wanted all my Fury brothers and sisters to know that I lost my Mother yesterday from a year long battle with esophageal cancer. I have been her caregiver for the past 6 months and it has been a long tough journey. As some of you oldtimers know I am also battling this dreaded disease. I HATE CANCER. It is a cruel disease. Would like to ask for your prayers for peace and strength as my journey continues. Thanks all.....

Taffyspop... Brother I have continued in prayer for you and your mother since your request.... I am deeply touched in my spirit and share this hurt of your Mothers passing..... I Thank God for His Promise for He said to be absent in the body is to be Present with the Lord. I know Your Mother is now in the presence of God our Father.... no more ever to suffer.... but Alive and Rejoicing! As Jesus was dying on The Cross, the thief hanging and dying beside Him asked Jesus to remember him when He entered His Kingdom and Jesus replied" Today You Shall be in Paradise with Me"..... as soon as I read your post Taffy I got on my knees and asked our Father to be with you to give you peace.. comfort and strength.. through this day and days to come... I am asking for healing of your body... God our Fathers Will be Done.... That All Glory, Honor, Worship, Praise be given to Him! Jesus Loves You and His Holy Spirit abides with You!
even as I have wrote this know I am in Prayer for you...I Love You Brother.

I'm terribly sorry to hear of your loss and your own battles. May God ease your suffering and hear our prayers of healing for you.

I am very sorry for your loss, brother. It's a painful process losing a loved one that way... Especially so when you are fighting your own battle. I will pray for your strength to carry on.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, I know it's hard but you have to be grateful that she is not suffering anymore with that cruel disease and that she's in a better place. My dad passed away earlier this year and I'm glad he didn't suffer long with his disease. God bless you and your family and may he help with your suffering.
