Same place as the LED relay in the pic .

I can see it now...Thanks Do i need to remove seat and fender and all that just to swap out that relay or can I contort my way under there to make the change
Just seems like a lot of work for a 10 second operation

I think you can reach in under the fender flap but make sure you get it secured out of the way of the shock and get the flap tucked back in so it doesn't rub on the tire. Since the flasher doesn't mount like the OEM, to mount securely in the original location and get the self tapping screw in, you need to remove the rear wheel.
