Jimmy Farris blacked out his wheels. He has a black bike but it's so done up with custom flames it almost looks red!

Anyway I would have thought I wouldn't like them but they really looked good. Would think they would be good on any bike.

I think they would look great. Maybe someone here can do a little photo shop?

Don't black 'em, chrome 'em. Chrome on the Red Metallic looks really good (I've got one), black not so good, IMO.

Cheers

My first choice if I had the red Fury would be chrome, second choice of black powder coat, but ultimately it's your choice and what you want to do, good luck.

For whatever it's worth, I've been thinking about doing this for awhile. Here's a quick and dirty of what it might look like. I think it takes the bike from a shiny happy chrome place to a dark and sinister B.A. ride.. you be the judge.

Well I favor the black PC wheels... almost everyone goes toward the chrome... stay away from the light... LOL

I agree! I really liked the black, and I was considering wrapping my pipes with black tape to give it a really dark look, I'm just not sure I want to commit to that yet. Nonetheless, I think the reds with black rims look as good as reds with chrome. imo
