Yeah their service reputation within the group I meet with is not real good. I mean the work they do is ok but their tactics for customers concerns and they way they try to talk you into unnecessary services is piss poor.
This dealership just went through a terrible tragedy about 6 months ago so I kinda chalk some of this up to that.. The owner, his wife and 9 yr old son all died in a private plane crash in the mountains. It left the dealership in total confusion for weeks and just now, 6-7 months later they're reorganizing and getting back on their feet.
I talked to the new general manager Friday and told him how I feel about service and he said they are presently interviewing 4 new service managers to get the service department back.. He was well aware of the problems.
So I'll just hope I don't have any serious problem lol

That is a very good point Cypress however I always shift to neutral, let the clutch out and reach down to the key and turn it off. I don't think I've ever shut it off in gear.
I'm gonna shut it down in gear and see if it still does it next couple times I ride her. See if it makes any difference.
