Seems like the fall Americade that they tried for one or two years in Lake George has move a few miles east to Killington. I saw Christian Ducher, son of Americade founder, Bill Ducher, at Killington last September at a September introduction ride of Honda's VFR DCT and I must say the riding was fantastic!

I'm hoping to inspire a local buddy to head up there with me, but he's a long shot, so I may have to trailer my two bikes to the Berkshires to grab a different buddy who currently is between bikes to head up. But if anyone from the forum is going, maybe we can coordinate some of the ride up there.

Despite the footage you may see on the evening news (if you have power, unlike me--never thought I'd like coming to work (which has power) so much! ), the reports from the Killington Classic are that the damage isn't going to postpone this rally: News Item Details | Killington Classic

phil i might roll. would be a day trip for me most likely as really just dont want to spend the cash on a hotel. lets talk as gets closer

Captainfester, I'm still riding Thur/Fri (once I get the riding time blocked out on my family's calendar, I damn well better take it!): I'm trailering my Fury and GSX-R to my buddy's in Mass. as he's currently between bikes. He's in the Berkshires and says they took it hard, too, so we're probably going to head over to New Hampshire for most of our riding.
