It is all permit parking for designated zones, I am sure that if i put a car decal on the bike they couldnt do anything about me parking in a car spot, but i dont want a massive ugly decal on the bike, compared to the sticker the size of a registration sticker. Bike zones are in each parking garage, and infront of the major buildings for each section of campus so it is convenient.

THey should do bike parking on an island though so you can back out or pull through, or have an access lane (the sidewalk i used would be perfect) for bikes by making the curb a ramp and then bikes in the front could get out and new bikes can file in from front or back.

Take the information you stated above about a better way and take pictures as suggested by bsherrin01 and take it to the Administration Office to make your point.

Bring a long chain or metel cable with an old pad lock and run the cable through the front tires on all the other bike (especially crotch rockets) that are blocking ya in and lock them together......They might get the message.

What happens when the owners of these bikes want to retaliate? Don't touch anyone else's bike unless it's to work your way out. I assume you park there daily. You wouldn't want anyone out to get you.

I agree. Screwing with someone else's bike because they're being inconsiderate might be a fun idea if you never have to go back. However, since you have to go back and if they find out it was you that chained their bikes, they very well may screw with yours.

If you believe you can take them in a fight, then just find out who they are and tell them to quit being so damn stupid by blocking you in.

...or just shit in their helmet.
