Default Wow... Never had this problem before...

To put things in perspective, the Fury is my 9th bike, and my first non-sports bike.

The problem is this... Random people have taken to sitting on my bike to have their photo taken! I wouldn't mind so much if they asked first, but I've come out of cafes twice now to find this happening - who knows how many times it has happened when I've not scared them off...

I've resorted to fitting a simple motion sensor alarm - not an easy thing to conceal on this bike - but I managed it eventually.

Damn her beautiful looks

Be funny if you could run some low volts in the seat also.. Just a mild shock.

I've had the same problem and last year on my 1st Fury. I came out of Wally World and caught this low life sitting on her, when I yelled at him jumped up and she started falling over, I was able to catch the bike, but still came out with a dink in the gas tank. He got away...I had to make a choice catch him and beat his a$$ or catch the bike. I choose the later.....

Two months later I'm back in Waly World and who do I see....The friggin AH!!!with his GF.....I walked up to him and confronted him and security came up wanting to know what was wrong...Also a Local LEO...I told them both what he had done....The LEO asked if I had made a report and I told yes....the dude looked like he was going to cry....he wanted to know what he could do to make it right I told him $200 to get the tank fixed....he went to ATM got the money and paid me.....The manager at Wally World told him not to ever come back and the LEO escorted him out.... the manager asked me "did it really cost ya $200 to get the tank fixed"....I laughed and said no only $90 but I figured the other $110 was for pain and suffering... We both laughed I haven't seen the dude since, but the Manager at wally World told me to park my bike up by the front door that is covered by the cameras.

I have not had this happen yet but I have had a few people ask to sit on the Fury and of course I say yes because I love the looks on their face when they feel how comfy it is.

Default Can you blame them...

For one, I bought the Fury coz of its looks. For the most part, I just been having the usual gathering around the fury and checking it out, and they've been taking pictures of it. One time I was on my way back to my fury and a lady ask if I could take a picture of her with my bike and of course I did, she walked off and when she saw me got on my bike, her eyes just opened up with disbelief...but she thank me for the pics...

It's almost an 'unwritten rule' not only to NOT sit on someone else's bike, you don't even touch it.

(any bike)

Weird, that's what it is.........

I had some old broad jump on my bike one day and when I told her to get the F%$# off of my bike, her friend got all upset with ME and told me I was being rude!!!!! I ask her if she would walk up to a strangers car ( like maybe a corvette or the likes ) and just get in, without permission, without anyone getting upset, or some strangers house and just walk in!!!! She still insisted I was wrong for being upset. GO FIGURE!!!! Then she got off my bike and went and sat on some guys Harley, with the owner not around, so I yelled at her again to get off this guys bike. Still her friend said I was being rude!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
