Default Choosing a Springer Front End

Taking the Fury up to Tri-State Choppers this weekend to have them scope out the frame/neck and give me an idea of the cost to jig up the frame and rake the neck to 45 degrees and go 2 out and 2 up.

I am trying to whittle down my choice of Front end now, since I'll probably need it in hand when I drop the bike for the neck mod. Originally I was set on the American Suspension Dragon Springer. (first pic). Then I started liking the Sabretooth (second). Both of them look really nasty.

Now I am actually starting to also consider the Slippery Devil (#3). It's clean and slick... but no actual springs. What do you guys think?

Damn! That's a tough choice. Even though it doesn't actually have springs, I like the slippery devil, but the sabretooth looks really cool also.

I actually like the looks of the Sabretooth the best, but not for the Fury. I think the Slippery Devil would look best on the Fury, most definitely.

I like the first two, but def not the third. I'd like to see them photoshopped onto a fury before I vote. Either way, you're going to have a winner with whatever you choose.

I'm with SteveO the slippery devil would look killer on a Fury with more rake.

My vote is for the first one, the dragon springer. The third one isn't really a springer if it doesn't have springs, right?? I guess the first one still looks traditional but with a modern, almost tribal? feel, with the pointy, spikey thing and I guess I like that.

I too would like to see them photoshopped on the Fury!
Something different indeed but ........

I would go with the Slippery Devil something you don't see, do not get me wrong the others are good looking as well but will not the Fury look like a HD with the springs?

I do think the idea of a springer is neat, just need something out of the ordinary and the Slippery Devils do that!

all in all this is just my opinon.
To each his own, your bike your taste.
run with it.

side note.....I am not into flames or skulls and crossbones either

I like the Sabretooth. I think the Dragon Springer looks a little heavy. My second choice would be you third pick, nice and sleek but not a true springer. just my two cent. which ever on you choose its going to look frick'in awesome.

im diggin #2....its little different with the springs on the lower end of the forks...than your common springer front end with the springs in the upper part....i think it would be cool to have a air ride bag type in place of the springs so u can lower it up and down...let us know what you find out
