Ok, so I bought my son (14 years old) a 250 Honda Rebel. The first thing he says when we get it home is "dad let's make a bobber". AWESOME! So we are gonna bob the s%#t outta this thing.. It's gonna be great spending time with him and wrenching on a bike... I'll post some pics soon!

Wonder if you can mod a bike on XBox cause that's where I find my 13 yr old constantly. Nothing to do outside!! 4 wheeler, dirt bike, rifle(s)...poor thing.

Wish they still made the Rebel 450 like they did back in the 80's when I was selling Hondas....or perhaps they do somewhere.

I had a great time and really learned alot about more than just repairing bikes with my dad when growing up. We used to get old bikes and take them apart, engine apart as well, and rebuild them, then sell them. That was our time.....I'd get home from school and head out to the garage with dad and start working on stuff with him.... learned about tools, simple engines, etc...you and your son will definitely grow from it.....
