Fury wrecked
Not totaled though! I got rear ended at a stop today leaving work. I saw the guy coming, too, but I had nowhere to go. Tons of crossing traffic in every direction. All I could do was wait for it. Until now, I wasn't really sure how I would handle a situation like this...The whole time (all 42 milliseconds) I was thinking "WTF! Dude, can't you see me?" Apparently not, lesson learned.
Bike's at the stealership being assessed right now...Fender, tail assy, and hub all damaged, and the techs are concerned about frame damage. All in all, it seems like she'll be on the road again soon, I hope. Not putting up picks cause it really was a minor deal, but if anyone wants to see the effects of a relatively minor collision, I'll put them up.
As for me, I'm fine. Sore as hell, but nothing serious. I'm sorry for all those who came out worse, but I'm glad I came out o.k. Heading to the doc to get some Vitamin M(otrin) for the sore muscles. I'd really like it if I never had to tell another story about a motorcycle accident I was involved in...this little love tap was enough.

Baldylocks, be glad that you're here telling us about your story, which is what matters, material things can be replaced, you can't.....
Back in Dec. 17th of last year, I was involved in a REAL BAD motorcycle accident on my way to work, and til this day, even though I'm back riding again, I am still recovering from my injuries, and let me tell you something is wasn't fun AT ALL..., so thank the good Lord, you're still here with us buddy, not every body is as fortunately....
Hope everything works out well for you.

Whenever I'm at a stop, I repeatedly click my front brake lever to blink my rear brake light until the person coming up stops or I see them slowing down. Freakin morons on the road.
Glad you're okay, bro.
