Default Sunset Tripper Tee and Low and Mean History

Very few know that Chris Hagest (CEO of Low and Mean) son of Ron Hagest has some history in the motorcycle industry. Ron Hagest was the owner of Burbank Triumph in Burbank, California. Back in the 60s-70s Ron created the Sunset Tripper and turned it into the first production Chopper, producing 1500 units and shipping them around the world. There's a little more to the story so check out Sunset Tripper vintage t-shirt
Thanks for checking us out!

Awesome read. Thanks for the history lesson. I didn't know this bike existed, or that Chris Hagest had such a family history with custom bikes. I always though he had an incredible eye for design, but I didn't know it was in his genes!

Love It! I like learning about the history of motorcycles. I have a few "collector" bikes. I also love that you guys have a sense of humor. The asked questions and instruction sections were hilarious. Too many ppl today don't know how to laugh.

Default Triumph Sunset Tripper

In the last year I rebuilt my 1970 Sunset Tripper. I bought it in 1970. I have pictures if anyone is interested. It was rebuilt with the help of Rod wheeler "The Triumph Guy" It has the original colors on the tank--American Flag
