It seems some vendors are in a big hurry to release new items without really being able to produce said products in timely fashion. I have been fortunate with eveyone I have dealt with, but I am waiting on an item as I type!

Again, the problem lies in the fact that L&M is a 3rd party seller. Someone else makes the cables/lines, sells them to a 2nd party ... who then sells them to a smaller seller or 3rd party ( L&M ). To go about it the correct way would mean the Chris needs to contact the 2nd and have them contact the manufacturer. Ever hear of the expression ... " Too many cooks spoil the soup?"

What im hoping for is that Troy from Accutronix has one laying around and he and Chris can wheel and deal to get it to me ASAP. If not, im at the mercy of the bad luck Gods and yes i have prepared myself mentally for another 10 weeks wait for 1 f____ing brake line.

UPDATE 2

So possibly the line was completed yesterday. Chris had asked for it to be shipped over night, but was not able to conferm a tracking number. I will say, he has been on top of this matter much more then in Jan when the intial order was scattered all over the place.

UPDATE 3

So here i put in a full days work, and come to find out there was a small package sitting on my front step. My rear brake line is here. I dont know how Chris from L&M got it done, but its here. 3 business days after the problem was found. Now that is customer service.

From the looks of it, it is the correct cable. It is the platinum .. and it looks to have the correct ends. I should know better in the next day or 2 ... as its supposed to snow here agian over the next few days.

I am please to announce that the cable does in deed fit. If anything its a bit too long, but as i told Chris last night i would rather it be too long then too short. Ill make it work.

From Sat. morning to yesterday Chris was on top of this like his life did depend on it. Even though the 2nd screw up wasnt his fault, he did understand my frustration with this whole ordeal going back as far as Jan. With all his efforts it would be hard to have anything bad to say about him or L&M.

Thanks for all your hard work Chris.
