It's the Highway Hawk "Arch" style sissy bar by Aeromach. I contacted Aeromach directly because at the time they were hard to find in black. I believe they have some listed on ebay right now in both black and chrome. Comes with bracket that bolts to the frame under the rear fender, so no drilling required.
