    When the bag broke loose I had to head back the the gas station to try to fix it. I didn't have what I needed to do it with, so I rode back to Lincoln holding onto the bag with one hand, a real pain in the ass but made it. I didn't have your number handy so wasn't able to call and let you know. Sorry I missed the rest of the ride. We'll hook up again, can't go tomorrow, it's a wife day..LOL

    Are you talking about the bottom bolt (the long one) it was a pain in the ass. What time is the ride ? 174th and Maple is on the west side isn't it ? (I'm not overly familiar with Omaha area). Sounds like a good time other than how hot it's suppose to be. I'll see if we can swing it.

    Im participating in the Day of the Hog ride up here at Dillon Motorsports on 174th and Maple. You guys should come up, I should have my new intake on by then if i can get this last damn screw out of the stock box.

    I got a PM from Pheifer (Paul) he is from Overland Park Kansas, he will be in town this weekend and was hoping to ride. He said sometime on the 16th, so was wondering if your available and want to ride. Haven't nailed down a time yet.

    I appreciate that, I'll send an email, not sure how often I can make it, but would be great to ride with you. Still haven't seen another fury in Lincoln.

    I appreciate the advice. Pipes came in yesturday and the cobra comes in tues or wed. Havent upgraded to a new intake yet since I can't decide what cone to go with. I read that with the adapter, pretty much any cone will go including harley. My thought is though that intakes are made fo specific aps so while most cones would fit, I would want to find one that is made for an engine as close to the this one as possible, I could be wrong.

    It was simple, all you really need to do is, remove the seat then the rear bolt holding the tank, tilt the tank forward, place a bundled up rag or small block of wood under the rear of the tank to keep it proped up, remove the rear spark plug cover (plastic chrome cover) it just pulls off. From there you will see the injector plugs, just a matter of unplugging them and plugging the controller into them, the instructions with the controller are pretty good, also make sure you attach the ground wire for the controller to the neg side of the battery. The biggest pain is routing the controller wires around and under the tank, not too bad but still a pain. It comes pre set at 120, I run cobra swepts and a spike intake, so mine is set to 122 and runs great. If you run into to any issues give me a call (402-890-4984) be happy to help.
