It was simple, all you really need to do is, remove the seat then the rear bolt holding the tank, tilt the tank forward, place a bundled up rag or small block of wood under the rear of the tank to keep it proped up, remove the rear spark plug cover (plastic chrome cover) it just pulls off. From there you will see the injector plugs, just a matter of unplugging them and plugging the controller into them, the instructions with the controller are pretty good, also make sure you attach the ground wire for the controller to the neg side of the battery. The biggest pain is routing the controller wires around and under the tank, not too bad but still a pain. It comes pre set at 120, I run cobra swepts and a spike intake, so mine is set to 122 and runs great. If you run into to any issues give me a call (402-890-4984) be happy to help.
