My exhaust was made by MyFuryRide (MFR), you can find him on this site if you are interested in having him make a set for you. If you search the site there are a few threads about the exhausts he has made.

The paint I used on my engine was Dupli Color 500 degree engine enamel. If you search the forums, you can find the directions on how to do it. It's a pain but well worth it.
