If your wife complains that her ass is numb after an hour, tell her you'll stop and help her get the feeling back every 60 miles!

I have not gotten to ride much this year at all due to a back injury. However last year I did a little over 2200 miles from Ky to Tx and back in one trip. Did 723 miles on the last day. If you are going to run the interstate as I did on the way home a windshield is a must. Fighting to stay on the Fury at 80 mph will wear you out quickly without one. A new seat is a must and some sort of throttle lock is a real plus. I put on a sissybar and loaded her down with a big Riggs bag and had plenty of storage. My wife rides with me frequently and we cover 250 to 300 miles in a day. Kiaow is right the fury was not intended to be a long range cruzer, however with a few mods it can be used as one and still be the sexiest one on the road.
