sorry guys The Fury is Back at the Dealer.The Guys at Broward Motorsports in WPB FL were great.They Took back the Fury no questions asked I ended up buying a new ST1300 I just couldnt live with my self if something happened.
I am sure I wouldnt have had a problem but It all worked out for now.

Wow, that’s a bummer. Really all that matters is that you are happy and comfortable with what your riding. Somebody will probably get a pretty good deal on it! Stick around and post up pic’s of your new ride.

welcome to the forum.
now, hustle on over to the Forum regional section and readup about the SoFla fury group. we're just gettting our mojo and are planning some rides--
as for the weight--it's always a concern--BUT...
not on the fury.
it can handle both of you. crank up the rear shock to the stiffest positon and then ride and adjust until the bike still feels solid and you don't bottom out the fender.

Also, get some extra foam added to that pillion seat (Sargents seats in Jax--$100). an inch or two will be fine for rides of up to 150miles--my wife used to ride with me and the extra inch (i'm gonna regret that line) really helped make the ride acceptable.
