Talking New Fury Owner in Jacksonville, FL

Hey Everyone,

I just bought a a 2011 Matte Orange Fury; my first bike in ten years so I'm super excited! The bike is still in the crate and should be assembled within the next day or two. I'm hoping to do some modifications over the next few months, such as exhaust pipes, a sissy bar and hopefully a new air intake system.

Any suggestions on where to order these parts at a reasonable price? And is it hard to install this on your own? I'm kind of a tech geek/home repair man and have no experience with working on motorcycles. Well I've done a few oil changes and have adjusted a chain almost 20 years ago on my first bike; 84 Honda 450. Thanks and look forward to hearing your feedback!

- Rick

You couldn't have picked a better color!!

You've come to the right place for sure. Check out Low and Mean.com. Pipes are a choice really and research will be your friend. Cobra swepts are all over eBay, but many people are going with custom MFR pipes if you want it loud and sexy!

Welcome to the forum regardless of the color of the bike. Hit the Fury FAQ at the top of the page and you will read about the most talked about issues and where to get mods at.

Welcome, post pics when you can, and remove your reflectors before hand for your "safety" - lol
