Hammer and chisel works great.
I'll echo the FAQ, it has pretty much everything in it you'd want to know.
Oh and yes, a 240 will fit on our bikes.

you can also try to use grinder to grind them off.

Outstanding on the purchase... obviously, to get idea's for your bike is to hang out around this forum, but also don't be afraid to try and think outside the box.
