when my lights burned out it was on the left were probably water accumulated at the lowest part. only 5-6 leds were out. i took pictures and sent it to Radiantz they make the lights RAW uses. after they were replaced no problems since.

i believe 2Evil in NY had a great idea of opening the light tube and filling it with Diaelectric clear grease to avoid moisture build up.
The original one never burnt out, it had a bridge ground that connected the 2 sides and that came loose. If you squeezed the tube in the center it would come on. It was the kickstand side, which is the one that only has a red wire. The new one is a burnt diode that melted the tube. It's almost in the center. If it was, I would have just sealed it up and painted it black. Having a little gap between them doesnt look that bad.

I had a issue with my original Raw light after two years... basically the tape came loose on one side and then through riding the ground wire broke. Contacted Raw and with no questions asked they sent me a new one with the single ground... I then ran into a proplem with the ground issue where one side just cut out and with a little push toward the center it would come on... so with another call Raw sent another. This one came with a ground for each side... the only problem with the last one is that raw made the wires real short for the left side so had to put in two extra connectors but all in all it works much better than the single ground.

So just get ahold of Raw and I am sure they will take care of you especially if you already spent the money with them rather than starting over again.

Just got off the phone with the folks over at RAW. They are sending me out a new light asap. You going to run into clitches every now and then but RAW has handled everything in a fast and friendly manner.

Anther one down. My buddy has the stealth tail light and has bee having problems. Now all of the left is out except mybe five individual LEDs and half of the left stopped working. He has had it only about a year and a half. Nice mount but shitty led array.
