Default WTF FUGGIN!

Ordered Viper 2 8/6/2010 from Mean Cycles, they told me last week that Fuggin told them that they was shipping it the next day, and I should see it in 5 working days, 7 working days later- "nothing". Called Mean Cylces again, took a day for them to get back with me with an update on my order, because Fuggin was giving Mean Cycles the run around and they don't pick up there damn phone! Heres the latest email I got from Mean Cycles-"Just got off the phone with Fuggin, spoke to Drew and informed me that your exhaust was the only one pending to ship. As of today is at chrome and should be ready tomorrow, then ship to you on Monday. He will inform me if any further delays occur. I apologize for their delay. As soon as I receive an update, I will let you know."
Man, does that sound familiar or what? (I read the older post on fuggin) WTF Fuggin!! Does it really take over a month to deliver fucking exhaust pipes!! What is your guys problem? I fucked up too, because I ordered the pipes before checking on the Fury forums. I wouldn't be surprised if the nice people at Mean Cycle called me because my pipes was pending again, I'd be pissed, but not surprised. Fuggin, you guys already have a bad rep for delivering goods, why make it worst? If you can't keep up with the demand, hire more people! Thats it, I'm done!

I hate waiting too. At least meancycles is making some effort to keep you informed.

Probably won't be delivered Monday as I'd be surprised if they were working on Labor Day Holiday.

I ordered mine on the 3rd and got them on the 28th. Email Kelly Lessley [kelly@fugginfabrication.com] and she'll give you the low down.

Well the way I see it is they can’t change overnight. They came on this forum and told us how everything was going to be so much better. I really wanted to order their intake but was leery and chose to go with L&M one instead. Now reading your post I’m glad I did. Way to go Fuggin. Great product but very very poor service.

Let me add my two cents if I may.
I called Fuggin myself and talked to I think was Kelly, who I thought was a guy.
I forget now just exactly who I talked to.
This "guy" was suffering from a cold at the time.
I mentioned that I was planning on a set of Mayhem pipes and didn't want to go through a distributor. I had got the run around from a local vendor near me. I told I would rather go directly through him than deal with a "middle man" parts vendor.
I mean why deal with a pimp when you can go straight to the hooker?

I'm not defending anyone or excusing anyone but wouldn't you want to get it straight from - "the horses mouth rather than the other end"?

Just had to vent that

Read my previous posts about them. They are having a shitload of problems. My situation is pushing the 1 year mark and still hasn't been resolved. I'm told it's weighing heavily on Drew but I've got to say it's weighing a helluva lot heavier on ME! I'm the one paying the freakin interest! Stay calm, be patient. What else can we do?

You have to keep in mind that manufactures will not discount their products because of agreements with distributors. Distributors on the other hand can pretty much do what they want. Therefore, if you are shopping on price alone, distributors may offer a better deal. When I bought my Sumo kit, I paid a little more for the customer service and peace of mind. This may be where your coming from?

Very true Richard,
So much for the "demand a discount" idea.,

Islander4life,
Just curious as to why you didn't deal directly with the distributor and went with "Mean cycles?"
Who I like very much by the way.
