This is very hard to take in and digest, He and I both exchanged PM's the day before...

I still remember the dragon meet like it was yesterday, Steve telling us the story on how he believed his work was sending him to Jacksonville, FL not NC... lol funny guy. The long conversation we had on creating a one off custom fury fairing, how he crafted that rear fender... I'm truly saddened by all of this.

Next year Aug 3rd 2012 falls on a Friday...

I will attend a Memorial for SS @ the Dragon. As I am sure many others will to.

Count me in for this no matter what.

I never met Steve in person but shared many emails, pm, and a few phone calls. The guy had a huge heart and a giving spirit. He help me out by sharing his sissy bar mount design and became the biggest supporter of my work. When I told him that I did not know how I was going to repay him for all his work, ideas and support he simply said "It is just one fury brother helping out another." I feel I lost a friend. We exchanged emails just a few days ago. He was sharing one of his ideas for a solo rider backrest.

His generosity was only matched by his creativity. I will miss him as I know many others will.
