I think Mary said the folks from the accident who stayed with Steve were the couple from the vehicle that was being passed by the truck that hit Shorty. I think that is really cool that they stopped and tried to help. Supposedly, from what I've read, the driver who hit Steve also stopped and administered CPR until the medics got there.
