Just sayin' hi

Picked up a 2016 Fury recently and after lurking here for a while, I decided to sign up.

I started riding on a 1996 Magna about 20 years ago and the Fury was intended to replace it.

I'll likely sell the Magna but I'm struggling to do that because it's just so much damn fun to ride.

Hello and welcome.

I really loved my V65 Magna. The only thing I didn't like about it was the high speed wobble, but other than that, it was a great bike. Many things about it I like more than my Fury.

Welcome @Furiosity . Do note you're violating the main membership rule by not removing the reflectors. (We're good with most everything else.)

Check the shed, it's probably buried in the back...

I used to drive a V65, awesome bikes. Too much power for the shaft drive though. Guess we have another thing in common--are you sure we're not brothers?

Welcome to the Furious Forums!

Congrats on your new bike but just like some of the other riders here, you bought the slowest color!
I think everyone is fully aware that blue is the fastest color!

I don't blame you for not wanting to sell the Magna. That is an awesome bike. My project bike is a 1987 Super Magna which is a V4 and has smaller displacement but a beast nevertheless!

Enjoy your Fury while getting it modded to your liking!

I don't get your statement about too much power for the shaft. I used to do wheelies on my Magna and never had shaft problems.

Would you want someone like me for a brother? It's a challenge just trying to be my friend, isn't it?

Welcome from California! Have a look at the Fury Nation map, linked just under my signature picture below, and see who's near you. We are trying to fill this map with members, locations, routes, hangouts, etc. If you WANT, me or 835 can add you in there, we just need a zip code (NO ADDRESSES) and we'll git r dun.

Be careful out there, browse the forum for mod ideas, and post pics when you can!

Insert clever phrase here that will garner respect and love.
