Yes, it was covered under warrant. I think being loose that as time went on it was wearing down faster. Just before they changed it with 1800 miles it was pretty bad. It is so nice not hearing and feeling that problem anymore. And a big thanks to all who told me what the problem probably was...

Sorry for the slow reply. The bushings were in the torque link bar, two of them. The dealer just stuck the new ones in while I waited. Asked him about wear and he said he could see none. Dealer ordered new bushings, link is loose. He'll have them in a couple of days.

Sounds kinda like one thing on mine. Just let out clutch, bike is barely moving then a sound like a piece of metal getting hit. Seemed to me like something was under spring tension, then let loose with the clank.

Foot Peg Thanks, but the diagram shows shifter and break components. I need the info on how to re-assemble the stock front foot pegs and the coil spring that is mounted in them.
