So I ordered a L&M Spike Intake Adapter from ACCESSORIES INTERNATIONAL. I wanted a chrome one - which is where the problems began.
So - I'm used to my orders taking a while, seeing as I'm in Oz.
I was advised a couple of days after my order was placed, that chroming the item will delay shipment by about a fortnight. Okay - goes with the territory. After about a month, I query the status of my order. "We weren't happy with the quality of the chroming, so they've gone back to be re-chromed". Annoying, but I'd rather have a good product so I wait.
Another few weeks later I send another email, querying the status of the order. "We are unable to provide you with a chrome version, so you can have the standard black or cancel your order."
You what??????? I am pissed. #1 I've just wasted 2 months. #2 Why the hell did it take me to email them? Shouldn't they have advised me at their earliest convenience???? Amateurs - I won't be ordering from them again.
