I have been searching the forum for feedback on a set-up.

I have 3" Accutronix forward controls and will be installing a Low and Mean intake with a spike. I am 6.2" just wondering if my knee will fit under the bend in the elbow?


Any feedback is appreciated.

I'm 6' and I have clearance with the spike/LM intake set up and I'm still using the stock forwards.

You should be fine. I just jumped on my bike and threw my heel on the stock rear break and I still clear the spike.

I am just shy of 5'11" and I have 3" DLX forwards with a fuggin air filter set up almost same as L&M and my knees are no where near hitting the elbow . Even without the DLX forwards my knee didn't hit.

I am 6'1" and my knee does touch the elbow, but it's not the most noticeable. My leg basically rests on the outside of the elbow.

Im 6' also and have no issue but your knees will be up a little higher I suppose.

You have more clearance with the aftermarket intakes than the OEM Air Box... just FYI
