Here's what I been working on last week, I'm sure some of you aren't going to like it but it is detachable so if I'm not going cross country I can take it off. :) You will have to check out my profile to view them since I don't know chit about posting them here yet.

You know, I hate to admit it, but that actually doesn't look too bad. I'm generally the first one to bash on windscreens, but this almost seems to look better than just a plain windshield. Where did you get it?
I'm curious about the turning radius.
Did it change at all with that on there?

The turning radius is the same, no change whatsoever. I didn't get the damn paint to match so I may have to do it over because I'm anal about that and everything about my bike. :) Looks like you found one of the pics in my bike pic profile, can you put the others up on there? Thanks for doing the first one!

I bought it up in Milwaukee a couple years ago at a little bike junk store with the intentions of installing it on another chopper I built. I'm not sure who made it originally but it's probably late 60's or early 70's. I set it on there one day and saw the lines in the fairing lined up with the tank lines pretty much perfect so I thought what the hell I'll try it. I used Harley quick detach windsheild clamps on it for a Dyna but had to space them so they clamped tight since the tubes are 45mm and the Dyna's are 49mm. I haven't really ridden it yet to see just how much wind it will cut, but it should help.
You know Brillo I would have been more inclined to say the same as Steveo in regards to any thoughts or idea of a windscreen of windshield on the fury. I can't believe I'm saying it but I honestly like what you have done with this clever project. Although I prefer a little different look myself I like the look and what you have done with it. Its a very different and creative look and another very nice option. Great job my friend.
Brillo, are those pipes the "V&H Cruisers" ?
Got to admit, you are right about the lines matching the bike, damn near looks like it was made for it. Great job.
Not bad, kinda like it. Lines do look good
thats really different,,,not bad,,,not bad at all,,I saw one with a trunk like that at the Corbin website, was looking at those crazy seats they put on the fury and they had a Fairing on there like yours with a trunk compartment. Caught my eye..but nice job

Yep they are not sure if they make a set for the Fury yet though, got the idea to make the bracket on them last June from GP.

Saw that one after I got done, Corbin needs a new designer for their stuff. Their fairing has no lines whatsoever like most of their stuff, the only reason I bought the solo seat is because it was all they had and I do like their seats for comfort on long rides.

Thanks Dave I appreciate the kudos. :)

Yeah copy that, I think yours is nice,,lol,,doesnt look like theres ,,only thing theres popped out at me was the little trunk area,,lmao,,I like the contour of yours,,has some originality :D
At first I was not sure. Went back to it a few times and i now I say it follows the lines well. It would be good to see a picture of you an it for an overall view. Nice to think out of the box. Good job.
I get it, and appreciated what you have done, but is the Fury the right bike to do that. Doesn't it defeat the chopper look?
There's sure a lot of nice people on this forum. I mean gimmie a break that front modification is horrid especially on a slim chopper. It looks so damn heavy and awkward that your eye goes directly to that piece and not the rest of the beauty of the bike. Sorry but it's just my opinion and I was not going to write anything but I cannot believe you did that.
Its really not that bad. I'd like to see what it looks like with a couple of hard bags, A "Fury Bagger". What a novel idea. Might make day long or longer rides more bearable.
i like it. looks good.one of a kind.good job.:)
