Try PM'ing Saltydog. I believe he has it setup on his bike.
My understanding is the Hyperchargers will work with the S & S air cleaner adapter. But I may be wrong.

He used Low & Means Hypercharger..

I'm pretty certain that any of the 3-bolt Harley style adapters will make it work...such as Low and Means adapter and the Accutronix Adapter (I've got it and it works well, but doesn't look as nice as the Low and Mean one).
