I ordered mine a week ago and have not recieved any shipping or infomation on when it might be here. They took the money tried to call and email but nothing. Wanted to see if anyone else was having trouble and how long did it take to come in?

I ordered mine from American Side Road Cycles on 5/20. Got an email on 5/23 indicating that it would take 5-12 days since they build to order. I received the bag on 5/26 so actually pretty fast shipment.

Ordered mine though the same company but haven't heard anything from them

When I bought mine over a year ago they said 5-9 days for manufacturing since it's made to order. Didn't receive an email until after completed since the manufacturing completion date couldn't be guaranteed. They sent it out 2day by FedEx and provided tracking #. Try emailing Aimee St. Georges

I never received anything and did email but the FedEx guy pulled up this morning and there it was!
