Hello, I’m looking into buying a Fury. Like everybody, I’m not a fan of depreciation. Any idea what the average depreciation is for a Honda bike? How much value do you think this bike will lose in the first year? I’m trying to see if I can live with the hit or not.

I’ve never bought a new bike, my only other bike was used and I sold it for as much as I paid for it three years later. I’d buy a used Fury, but as we all know, there aren’t any.

Thanks,
Dave

I couldn't tell you about depreciation, but I do know I have a bike labeled 2010 as of May of 2009. So technically, in 19 months, I can resell it as a 1 year old bike :D

Dave,

I am selling my blue 2010 Honda Fury. It's a great ride and only has a bit over 600 Miles on it. I still need to get the first service done. I decided to go with something else. I am located in Charleston, SC. If you are interested send me a PM.

Regards,

Brandon

I never understood why people get stuff and worry about if the value will hold on it. Buy it, ride it till it cant ride no more... nuff said
Some of us aren't made of money and don't like throwing it away. I have another hobby with items that appreciate. I have to sell some of those to get this bike, which does not appreciate. Nobody likes to lose money, I'm not the only one.

I'm taking enough beating on my 401k, my cars, and my house, not to mention no raises this year at my job.

You don't understand because money must not be an issue for you. ;)

Money is an issue that's why I try my best to buy things that are reliable and that will last.
