Yes, License Plate Lights are required in most if not all states in the USA.

Too close for comfort

WOW That plate is WAY too close to the brake rotor for comfort. Are there any adjustments to space that out at all. I can just see that thing catching on the openings in the rotor.

clearance is fine , ride this bike daily , there is almost 4mm clearance , more than enuf unless your wheel bearing are shot already ,lol
