i haven't adjusted anything it has 250 miles on it and i'm going to call the dealer tomorrow maybe see what they say. What you describe can sometimes be caused by the clutch not disengaging fully. My Fury's got just about the smoothest shifting I've ever felt. Is your clutch adjusted OK ?
It might have not been adjusted it properly when it was set up. If so, the dealer should be able to fix that for you in 5 minutes or less.i haven't adjusted anything it has 250 miles on it and i'm going to call the dealer tomorrow maybe see what they say.
Will that work with the Kury engine cover?I just installed a "Clutch Pull Relief" from VTX Home. Inexpensive and quick shipping. I measured clutch pull with a fish scale and got about 18 pounds on the stock setup and 10 pounds after. The reason I went for this is for trips like riding through Sturgis during the rally (over an hour and maybe 100 clutch pulls) or riding in parades where it is all start/stop. Did it myself (not a wrencher) and it took me over an hour to grind the damned rivet out. Didn't want to screw up the piece. The rivet puller you can rent from Glen is probably a better program. Nice easy pull now.
I think it has to go on before the engine covers. Not sure how easy they come off after once installed. Unless your asking if they will fit under the Kury engine cover? Will that work with the Kury engine cover?
I had the issue, and still do at times, If i shift kinda slow it hangs up there and between 4th and 5th. If i notice it a bit i adjust the cable tighter and all is back to being goodi tried adjusting the clutch to me the inexperienced it seems like its adjusted per the manual but its still getting stuck in neutral and seems to be getting worse. Time to take it back to the dealer i guess.
Yes it will, Glen sent me on it May to check the fit, after ridding with it I ordered one for my VTX.Will that work with the Kury engine cover?
