After reading a bunch of post I decided to pull my baffles out and modify them. I cut them just past the sleeve (about 4" from the front end) and drilled a large hole in the middle baffle. The reason I cut mine there was to eliminate any possibility of the baffle rattling. The bike sounds great with no backfire... If there is any performance difference I cannot tell, I did not change my PC any either.

Looks like something my wife uses!
So is that the entire baffle? How much louder would it be if I took what looks to be about 3 or 4 in off. to the firs connector? I guess it's a connector?
