I'm not really sure who manufacturers this. I've made a few similar to these over the years for people. I'm sure there are others that have done the same thing though. Keeps it clean without drilling holes in the fender.

I bought one exactly like that off Night Fury many years ago... Will have to see if search on the forum here reveals the brand.

I love it. Looks great, minimalist style but fully functional.
