Excuse my ignorance but what is it used for ?

Damn you Gar, now I want one of those. I always leave the third bay of my garage open when I leave so I can pull right in. What does something like that run?
How many miles did you put on her today? I plan on a full day of riding tomorrow.

connect threw a blah blah bla. . . .. waaaa?? lost me there, words are to big for me....Many garage remotes are powered by a 12 volt battery. The remote switch could be shorted 'ON' with a soldered jumper and the battery terminals connected to the bike's electrical system through an auxiliary momentary switch or the horn button to activate the GDO
