You have a lot to learn my freind .HOLY CRAP!
This is not a big deal for most of you, or all of you.
Yesterday I was at a red light turning right and when I went I had my first peg scrape.
Remember I have only ridden for about 270mi in my entire life.
It freaked me out! I almost dumped the bike because when it happend I didn't know what it was and I looked down, pulled the bars the other way, hit the brakes, and went off the side of the road about a foot.
After that I did it again on purpose (get back on the horse)so I would not be afraid next time it happend.
No big deal now. I just had no idea I was leaning that far.

we just talked about this ,,many threads on this topic .
I got tired of dragging/scraping mine, so I took off the "feelers"; haven't scraped anything since. I think the factory must have determined the length of the feelers under maximum load conditions; the bike seems to have a very shallow lean-angle before they start scraping, IMO.

I just purchased my bike Thursday went from a GSXR600 to this bike, I went into my first turn did a little scrap it was fun I am use to knee draggin so this is a big change for me.
