Is that your pickup?
Hey, you aren't going to make fun of that old truck, are you?;) Some of us have to sacrifice in other areas in order to afford these nice motorcycles.:D Buying this bike, is just about to cure my alcoholism. Liquor is too expensive to drink every day now that I'm making a bike payment.

Good advice.:D I'm a Busch man myself. I also like Landshark Lager, but that's way too high priced. I do like my beer, but after a while, I get tired of it and I venture to something stronger...like gin, or whiskey. I'm spoiled.:D That's where the real money goes.

Just an FYI; don't assume because your pipes are screwed on tight that you don't have an exhaust leak. Towards the end of the summer I began getting some occasional backfire, and frequent hesitations that on occasion morphed into a definite 'lurch'. Had the bike in twice to the dealer asking about exhaust leaks and was told each time "no its fine nice and tight, etc., etc.," and then finally this winter when I had the pipes completely off to do some other work sure enough at about 1 o'clock on the rear exhaust port was a substantial soot build-up where despite secure snugged bolts the gasket had failed to seal and which caused this which I first posted several weeks ago. Like I say just an fyi in case you hadn't considered it. The point being I guess that just cause you have something installed "professionally" doesn't mean it's necessarily done right :(

Yeah I just did my pipes and had a small leak on the rear cyl. Called Jardine and they gave me a redneck approach (let it go and carbon build up should fix it or use a high temp RTV), but I took the time to remount and tweek the positioning a few times, no leak at all, i check every start and put on about 150 miles already
