This must be obvious to everyone else but me but when and why would you want to fold it .
Some ask why, I ask why not.

It looks cleaner and not in the way when parked. And not every swingin harry has it.
Who makes the mount, cost, and how is it mounted?
A small company named Harley Davidson (OMG on a Honda), about $175, modified with a dremel and bolted to the frame. Has a LED light already on it, so about the same/ a little less than other side mounts.

Not sure about windows, but it looks like she'll do a fine job on your undercarriage.
Let's see.......the last time I "traded-up" for one of these, it cost me half of everything I owned! And she still didn't do windows! LOL.

Cheers

Yea... saw that when I was shopping for a bike before I bought the Fury... Thought it was a good idea... think that's what drew me to a side mounted plate in the first place... Anyways, kudos... looks good.

I seem to always be bringing this up, but as a police officer and a rider, I hate to see others get into trouble for ignorance. Folding licence plate holders are illegal in many states. The police seem to believe that they are only there to hide the numbers when you do not stop and attempt to elude them. Many officers don't know the equipment regulations and some that do, don't care whether your plate folds, however there is always that ONE. Personally, I don't see the need to move it, but we all have our own tastes. That's one of the things that make motorcycling fun.
