i have not purchased one yet because of this problem , im 5' 4" and being short sucks but can the foot pegs be moved back. the dealer said they could do it but has anyone here had to have them moved back to reach the brake and gear shift. thanks for your help.

Have not seen any yet but I just had a set made by L&R Extreme that uses the stock brake resevoir. I will try and get ahold of him to see what he might be able to do but think there might be a problem with the lever movement. Will let you know when I get a answer back. I M me when you get a chance so it will be easier to comunicate.

it shouldnt take a good fabricater more than a couple hours to set the pegs back 2 to 4 inches.these are stock just modded a little.
those look cool. thats the thing if i know it could be done that would be great. my feet can reach the pegs but just about touch the gears and brake levers. plain and simple it sucks being short. thanks for help and giving me some hope that there is a fix.

Do what you got to do, you will not be disappaointed :D !

it should be a simple fix.you could cut the shifter and brake pedle off.make a 2 to3 inch setback for each side.you should be able to use a peice of chrome flatbar and two after market pegs like mine.good luck.
