We are the guys at VTXexhaust.com. We've been modifying factory exhausts for years giving stock looks but with the aftermarket sound everyone wants. At a reasonable price to we might add.

We are a few short days from launching the Fury/1300Custom pipes and will be offering a deal that is hard to turn down. To get guy and gals out there to try our option we are offering free trials of our product. We will ship you our modified exhaust and you put it on your pipe to try it and give us your input on the product. If you don't like it there is no obligation of any kind, you put it back in the box and send them back with the call tag provided. If you do like them and would like to purchase we can offer several options. Again it costs you nothing to try them out, other than giving us your feedback on the sound, etc.

Thanks

If I'm not mistaken they are the factory pipes but modified on the inside of the muffler, so you're not going to be able to tell the difference between the original factory mufflers and these, but I could be mistaken, I believe that I went to there site before and that's where I read that, so check out there site.

On another note Heliarc49 are you guys purchasing our exhausts or was it that it was a one for one swap plus a fee for the modified exhaust?

For the most part I agree, I didn't think the stock exhaust looked all that bad except how the muffler end of the pipe tilted out away from the bike, I think this would have been good at the begining when people didn't have many choices, but that's not the case now. Who knows maybe someone on a budget will decide to go with this.

I don't mind the stock look, I don't love it either so I would say it's OK. The main drawback to the stock pipes is that they sound a bit to lame. I had one guy pull up next to me in traffic one day and ask if it was a 250!! He was a cager though.

I like the concept because the modified stock pipes will slip right past the cops. The exchange thing is not going to work if your not in the USA so then the cost is very close to slip ons. I'd be happy to try them out if they can send to Aus at their cost.

Well anyone that knows just a little about bikes can see that it's not a 250, should have punched him in the pickle for a comment like that lol.

Yeah that's probably true for the guys/gals out of the U.S. that it's about the same as slip-on's with the shipping costs, but maybe not, if they ship to you for free and like he said they give you return label in case you don't like them then maybe you can just ship your original mufflers back in that.

Another issue is that if you're only allowed to have stock exhaust down their then even with these modified stockers they are going to be fairly loud and will still draw attention from the cops and I'm sure that a cop would figure out that you modified the exhaust some how since it's fairly loud, just a thought.

PM these guys and see what you can work out with them, sounds like they are willing to work with people, and let us know what they say.

New offer but old story on exhaust...

Swap out sytem

Send in your OEM exhaust and they will mod it for the next guy!

NO FUEL CONTROLLER NEEDED!

I spoke to the guy myself he is a good guy! This is a new offer Im gonna do it this week.

I like the OEM look, IMO its better THAN MOST AFTER MARKET PIPES, FOR LOOKS, SORRY!

It took HONDA A LOT OF R&D to get that setup guys!
Ask any muffler builder!

Please let me know what you guys opinion is after you have it done. I also don't mind the look of the stock exhaust but I'm not impressed with the sound. If this is as good as it sounds, it would be a viable upgrade and save a little on the fuel controller/exhaust upgrade also...

I have cut open an OEM muffler and taken out the baffle. when I get time I am going to re-install on my Fury and do a sound bite. I have to more mufflers I may do it to if its a satisfactory sound, I can make it worth my while.
