Anyone have any input on the best fuel processor I'm ordering a set of the Cobra swept exhaust and their recommending the Cobra FI2000R fuel processor?

cobra fuel controller is one of the easiest and they have it set for that exhaust. Me personally I like the Powercommander 5 but it does cost more.
If it was me, I would buy the Cobra FI2000R fuel processor if you are buying the Cobra pipes. You know it's going to work as advertised.
i run the cobra swepts and the fi2000.no problems at all.
Ive read to many horror stories about the fi2000. I went with the PC5.
cobra pipes, cobra fi, :D
Cobra pipes and FC,dealer set it all up and everything runs great.
People are getting Bias on here, I say if you want to be able to DIY tune it easily on your own then Cobra or Fuggin Fuel controler. If you want precision but needing to depend on a map from someone else for how your bike is built or a dyno shop to tune it then go power commander. My PC-V was 60 more than the cheapest FI2000r i could find. After you do your first tune though you shouldnt have to tune it much more.

The PC-V if you want though you can add different things like the autotune but you have to add an o2 sensor, or other goodies
From what I understand if you are only concerned about stopping backfiring that is pretty much all the Cobra fI 2000 is good for.If you want noticeable improvement in performance you may want to spend a few bucks more and go with the Power Commander unit.

you might want to talk to cobra bout that,,it will adjust to any possible combo you want, and out of the box with cobra pipes and Spike air filter not even one issue for me runs awsome....:D
I only see three maps on the dynojet website. Where are they all?

Right now there arnt many out, people gotta be nice and tune their bikes on dyno's then from there post the maps the shops tune for people with similar bikes.

If your in south florida Palm Beach Harley said they would do my bike for 80 an Hr on dyno.

It would cost me about $300 in gas to get there.:D
Just looking for the map for Cobra swepts/no baffles/stock air.

Cobra swept w/ baffles will keep you kinda safe, save up and dyno it when you got cash and time. If not and you know how to tune a bike just watch the symptoms and run through tweeking it, the numbers in the map stand for the % of fuel increase or decrease for that spot from stock, and it transitions for values in between. After i get my bike done it will be about the same but i will have an intake on where you dont have an intake on.
Much Thanks

Thanks for all the input obviously there's a lot of options and preferences I'll do some more homework before my purchase.

Thanks again

Not much homework for whats currently out there, 2 different styles of units, PowerCommander i feel has the best potential for accuracy. The other 2 (cobra/Fuggin) have the ease of being able to tune easily on your own. There are alot of satisfied cobra users, but we have also heard negative experiences (could just be deffective users since we all havent seen how the people try using them) and there are satisfied Fuggin users as well.

Figure out your style of mechanical application and thats your unit, I dont mind paying 100 after i get my intake to get the bike close to perfect and right now the cobra map has it running relatively good. the autotune is an addition which would run me 200 +o2 bung added which will cost a few but keep bike darn near perfect (id rather just save the cash and o2 showing there).

To me it is the bike has really 2 mechanical things you can change intake and exhaust, beyond those mods there is no tuning needed unless you rebuild the engine or really change the atmosphere

There is also the Dobeck Performance controller that I have been running for close to a year.

EFI - Electronic Fuel Injection Controllers - ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, Scooters, Sport Bikes, Watercraft

I wouldn't be surprised if they manufacture the unit for Fuggin Fab. They look too similar for it to be coincidence. For only about $170 it is pretty nice and easy to adjust.
Power comander V is the best but you would need to run it on the dyno....
i have helped a few folks tune the fi2000.the big problem is the mocho symdrom.(i dont need no directions).the fi2000 is a nice tuning tool if used right.ride safe
